Workout

Due to the power being shut off over the weekend it would be smart to be in the water somewhere if you are on the varsity team ( JV has a meet so you are good). Please get in the following workout on your own

200 swim/200 kick/200 pull

8 x 100 swim on 1:30 or 1:45

16 x 25 kick no board on :40

12 x 50 build to a sprint on ;50

10 x 75 pull on 1:15

16 x 25 stroke build to a sprint

200 easy
